After exporting hundreds of German broadcast amplifiers during the past decade, we are happy now to offer the "recreation" of some of the most sought after Preamps, Eq's and Limiters to the European market. David Marquette (one of our best clients) started with Mercury Recording Equipment in 2000, creating a Fairchild F660 copy and Pultec EQ clones. Later Mercury introduced the M72s and in 2004 the M76m, the only available copy of the Classic V76 amplifier. Two discrete Pre-amps belong to the Mercury Product line, the Am16 which is a copy of the Classic Langevin AM16 and the Grand-Pre, a Solid State preamp. All devices are transformer coupled and based on the original circuit design, realized with today's available components - no compromise in quality and sound. Even if Mercury devices hit the spec.'s of the originals, David's philosophy is creating equipment with "TONE" - He succeeded in doing it.
